I didn't find these methods on a retreat. I found them out of necessity.

For 20 years, I operated in the high-stakes world of software and tech. As a CTO, CEO, and Founder, I thrived on the pressure of high-growth companies. But the cost of 'always-on' leadership is high.

Like many high-performers, I eventually hit a wall. The stress of constant decision-making led to burnout and depression. I realized that while I knew how to build companies, I had forgotten how to maintain the machine that built them: my own nervous system.

I turned to the Wim Hof Method and Oxygen Advantage not as a hobby, but as a lifeline. These protocols helped me regulate my stress, clear the brain fog, and rebuild my mental fortitude.

After my last exit at age 48, I decided to pivot. I’m not just here to guide you through an ice bath; I’m here to teach you the tools I wish I had 10 years ago. Whether you are leading a team, fighting in the ring, or managing a busy household, I help you find your edge.
